Tally is available for adoption. Tally is back through no fault of her own. She was returned due to the owner being unable to meet the needs of an active dog. Tally loves her long walks, so an adopter that is active would be a great fit. She is such a sweet dog and so well behaved. She loves to sit on the deck to people watch. She is happy to sit on your lap or lay on her blanket on the couch to chew a bone or nap. She is friendly to everyone she meets and she rarely even barks. The only time she barks is when she gets excited seeing other dogs on walks. She sleeps soundly in the bed with her foster mom. She has perfect potty manners. We are still experimenting with her food likes and dislikes. Tally will need to be the only dog in the home so that she can receive all the love and attention that she deserves. If you are looking for the perfect pet, she is as close as you can get. Tally is staying with Lisa in Southington, CT . Save A Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) qualified non-profit organization operating on donations from Yorkie lovers who care. Please help by donating your tax deductible donations. OR mail your check or money order to YOUR generosity is appreciated! Young Yorkies will have a higher adoption donation since they are the most highly sought after and they help to cover the costs of the older dogs who have a harder time finding a loving home. It is sad but true that people overwhelming demand very young dogs when they would be infinitely happier with a mellow adult. ADOPTION AREA Save A Yorkie Rescue prefers to adopt only in the PA, NJ, western NY, DE, MD, VA, some CT area's. If you are in the NYC area or near Long Island, there is a Yorkie Rescue closer to you. |
