Owner surrendered... he marked in her house before he was neutered
His name was Bronx but today it is Nittany. He's just a baby at 15 months and full of the energy that goes with that. He is sweet and wants all of the attention, all of the fun. Are you ready for such energy? His owner surrenderd him to us because he was doing what comes naturally. She didn't have the intelligence to have him neutered early. We told her to neuter him right away but she wasn't willing to wait for the hormones to subside... we know that in 6 to 8 weeks he will forget about the girls and be satisfied with loving his new family. If people would just do the neutering so much earlier this would never be an issue... Nittany COULD go to Penn State because he is really intelligent and like the college boys, he is cute. He is a great little Yorkie boy. He absolutely positively MUST go to obedience classes - if you can't or won't take him, please don't apply. All young things need to learn with others of their kind. It helps them to learn how to handle things socially as they mature. He's such a good boy - don't you think he's handsome? An application is the first step... More about NittanyGood with Dogs Save A Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) qualified non-profit organization operating on donations from Yorkie lovers who care. Young Yorkies will have a higher adoption donation since they are the most highly sought after and they help to cover the costs of the older dogs who have a harder time finding a loving home. It is sad but true that people overwhelming demand very young dogs when they would be infinitely happier with a mellow adult.
