Oscar is a tiny lovable Yorkie rescued from a PA puppy mill. 

He is approx. 5 years old but that is our best gues. 

Naturally his teeth were not cared for but he still enjoys hard food.  

Oscar has been neutered. He loves to sleep all day and would do best in a quite home without children or bigger dogs.  In fact, he would do excellent in a home by himself.  

This is a puppymill dog - understand that before you decide to adopt.  Read about the conditions where he grew up.  Ask yourself if you are willing to take in a little guy and love him for what he is, the way he is.  He never had any training - never heard a TV, never walked on grass, never saw a cat, never had a toy... he has missed alot. Which is where you come in. Are YOU willing to love him as he is?  Work with him? Give him time to learn that life is a warm bed, good food and belly rubs... not a wire cage amid 600 other dogs.
