What is life like for a tiny Yorkie in a house with small children? Often like it was for Buddy. He hated it and he tried to let them know he didn't want to be chased and carried. But no one listened. We want a home without small children, please. And someone who is home a lot would be perfect. He would love it if you would take him for walks and rides in the car. Are we asking too much? If you are retired and need a small love bundle to be your buddy - then Buddy is it for you. He is very active, playful, joyful, ready to go for a walk or a ride. This is what his life WAS like but is no more. There's a reason we ask for a home with no children: Buddy hid under the couch and panted rapidly. They were after him again. His nerves were frayed and he was terrified. He was running out of hiding places but he could hear their wild giggles and shrieks. They thought it was a marvelous game - Chase Buddy. But there was terror in his heart. If only they would go watch the TV, he could make a mad dash for the upstairs bedroom and the safety under the bed. Uh oh! Someone grabbed his hair and pulled.. Ouch that hurt. It was too late to escape - they had him and were running to their bedroom. What was he to do? He growled his best deep growl to show them that he was scared. They dropped him and ran screeching to their mother. The dog had GROWLED at her babies! What was to be done? Buddy had to go! And go he did - right to us. He is just 3 skinny pounds of tiny dog and he will never have to hide under the couch again from small children. From now on, no one chases Buddy. Buddy will find that people aren't looking to hurt him - he will never have to be afraid again. He gets along well with other dogs so far and is VERY active - a perfect dog for people who like to take lots of walks. He prefers to walk on his own instead of being carried like a sack of potatoes. Buddy is vacationing in Marlton, NJ with Marie and John. Put your application in today.
