Bella will have a dental on Feb 26th. Her grooming is scheduled for this Saturday.
She is a very happy girl, loves to be with you, walks nicely on a leash, gives plenty of kisses (and has the longest tongue I have ever seen on a Yorkie),
Bella plays nicely with other dogs and cats. The only negative is that she is overweight, like a lot of us!
She needs to lose at least a pound, so we are watching her food intake. She is on To think that she was going to be euthanized on the 15th
She is a wonderful little lady with great manners. She is house broken. Bella gets along well with other dogs and cats. She does not like young children, which is understandable. She loves to be with people, will follow you around constantly. She would be best with someonewho is home most of the time. She is a cuddle monster and loves to be held! Rides well in a car.
She truly is a wonderful little Yorkie. She will be professionally groomed so better photos will be coming after that.
She is fostering in VA with Pat in Greenwood, VA. Young Yorkies will have a higher adoption donation since they are the most highly sought after and they help to cover the costs of the older dogs who have a harder time finding a loving home. It is sad but true that people overwhelming demand very young dogs when they would be infinitely happier with a mellow adult. ADOPTION AREA Save A Yorkie Rescue prefers to adopt only in the PA, NJ, western NY, DE, MD, VA, some CT area's. If you are in the NYC area or near Long Island, there is a Yorkie Rescue closer to you. |
