Learn more about the Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie.
Jinxy Girl is available for adoption.
She is 3 years old and weighs 8 lbs. Her adoption fee is $500.00. Jinxy Girl is an active 3 year old Yorkie who survived the savageness of Hurricane Sandy. She is a typical Yorkie girl with that twinkle in her eye that says, "I am going to get my way!" Jinxy had puppies in her former life but now is spayed and ready to come home. Jinxy does not like to be alone - she cries. She is fine with another dog - but not alone. Something must have happened in the past because Jinxy has a fear of large dogs. Jinxy is working to gain confidence and trust in people. Jinxy is very submissive and we have been working with her on learning to sit when she meets someone new. Finally Jinxy is really starting to play. She is doing really good with house training and if she needs to go and no one is home, she will use a pee pad. We recommend that Jinxy go to a training class to establish a bond with Jinxy. She is a really sweet dog and doesn’t have a mean bone in her little body! Jinxy girl is vacationing in Macungie, PA, with Cathy and her gang. More about Jinxy GirlGood with Dogs Save A Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) qualified non-profit organization operating on donations from Yorkie lovers who care. Please help by donating your tax deductible donations. OR mail your check or money order to YOUR generosity is appreciated! Young Yorkies will have a higher adoption donation since they are the most highly sought after and they help to cover the costs of the older dogs who have a harder time finding a loving home. It is sad but true that people overwhelming demand very young dogs when they would be infinitely happier with a mellow adult.
