Bo Jangles

Bo and Luke came into rescue as a team and enjoyed a delightful spring vacation with John and Marie Cooney and their family. Their dogs and everyone enjoyed these little guys and they are in a wonderful new home with someone who will love them as they should be. Good for you Bo and Luke!

Buttons Mackinson

From the bottom of despair to the heights of joy - Buttons has experienced it all. Her mom, her darling mom, whom she loved with all her heart and who cherished her, passed away the day after Christmas. Buttons wanted no one but her mom - and that was not possible. Lucky for Buttons, her aunt thought that rescue was the best hope for her. And a wonderful foster family said, YES! they would take her in for as long as she needed them. Buttons went to the vet and was kept busy so that she wouldn't spend her days in mourning. Just about one month later, a new family came into Buttons life. A wonderful, active happy family - just look at that picture! Buttons looks like she is the happiest dog in the world. We think she is and we know her new family thinks she is adorable. A very happy beginning... Buttons had enough endings.

Bentley - Like the Car

Bentley was timid and a bit fearful. Today is playful and very loving. The home visitor pointed out that they needed some changes to be safe. They worked so hard to get those changes made early next morning so they were all set to go and get Bentley. His new family adores him! They are tickled to get him. They even drove down early to get him. Happy Bentley - like the Car!

Birmie

Birmie, a tiny speck of a butterscotch colored puppy, was flying down a busy highway, in great danger. But a kind gentleman spotted him and scooped him up. He took him to his beautiful wife. They knew what to do! They called Save A Yorkie Rescue! We joined their search for the owner as they cared for the little pup. The puppy fell in love with their adopted Yorkie, and the rest is history. The owner was found but they did not care about the puppy. So Birmie came into rescue and is now Bennie. Sharon and her husband have allowed themselves to be adopted by this heart grabber. Another happy ending.
