Ok - that's corny, but Macey not - she is perfect.
She has only been with us for a matter of a few hours so we can't give you lots of specific details yet.
Here is what we do know about this little lady:
Macey ADORES men and loves people (so we want a family where someone is around much of the time. If you are gone every day for more than 3 to 4 hours, this little girl is not the right choice.)
Macey has lived with dogs and does fine with them (but no big dogs, please, she's just a little girl.)
She just had most of her vetting done and is just waiting to have her spay (give her a few weeks to recover.)
Macey wants to go go go! loves going for walks (so if you are a couch potato who struggles to get off the couch - keep looking.)
Macey is a car nut - just loves car rides (a big plus in a dog - no carsickness!)
Macey is a puppy and it is required that she attend an obedience class within 6 weeks of being adopted - mandatory - Just as children need school, puppies need obedience classes.
Macey is just learning about this big world, so she needs someone who has experience with dogs, has a vet history that we can check and a groomer to keep her lovely golden hair in a stylish coif.

Young Yorkies will have a higher adoption donation since they are the most highly sought after and they help to cover the costs of the older dogs who have a harder time finding a loving home. It is sad but true that people overwhelming demand very young dogs when they would be infinitely happier with a mellow adult.
