Stella

Louie Lou and Stella have found their forever home with Bob and Joanne! These two were an owner surrender and have always been loved. They are the most well behaved and happy little dogs and the goal was to find them the perfect home where they could be spoiled and stay together and Bob and Joanne are the perfect fit! Congratulations Stella!!!

Jimmie

It's official, paperwork mailed with check, Jimmie and Bunnie are mine. Allie and Gracie took the news in stride as I assured them that they are still top dog. That doesn't stop Bunnie and Jimmie from letting me know they are the boss of me. Between Jimmie's barking and Bunnie's whining for attention, it is a no wonder that I have the time to do their updates. As always Say goes above and beyond. As you know, in spite of applications for the 2, when potential adopters were told of Bunnie's kidney disease, no one pursued their adoption. It was evident, after 6 months, that Bunnie would not be adopted and was about to become a forever foster. With that realization I knew I could not let Jimmie get adopted without her. I knew I had to adopt Jimmie and I am so grateful to Say for allowing me to Forever Foster Bunnie. This makes for a very happy tail, uh..er, tale. Congratulations Jimmie!

Andie

Andie is doing great in his new home! He is going on nice walks and meeting new friends all over the neighborhood! People say how lucky his new family is, and can’t believe anyone would give him up! He has adjusted perfectly and is a huge success story. Congratulations Andie!!!

Princess Peony

Today Peony left for her forever home with Ina. If there are any typos on this it's because my eyes are tearing with missing her already. Peony is a tiny 6lb 10 year old sweetheart. She has been the best foster any one can ever wish for. First time in her car seat she was very nervous....after that first time, she loved going for a ride! Within a week she was going up and down a little staircase to the couch and to my bed.....snuggling her little face in my blankets. She didn't seem to know what to do with a toy....now she has a toy who she thinks is her boyfriend! (her boy toy). Her fur was very sparse due to allergies and neglect...her hair is now soft and fluffy. Save a Yorkie had her spayed and she was given a full dental cleaning. The vet said poor Peony must have been in a lot of pain because her teeth were so bad. Now she is eating treats and playing with her squeaker toys! What a difference in this little girls life. She now is healthy, happy, and loved. Sweet Pea will have a life of hugs, loves, and a wonderful new Mom who was over the moon with happiness when she took her sweet baby home. For Peony, a fairytale came to life. Thank you Save a Yorkie for making all this happen and for giving these poor forgotten angels another chance to be loved as we all should be. Congratulations Princess Peony!!!

Taryn

Marilyn & Lou and their dog Rosie came for a meet and greet with Tayrn. This adoptive family was so happy to give Tayrn a forever home. Tayrn warmed up right away to them. I hear that Tayrn is amazed by the birds that they have. This was a perfect placement for Tayrn who has had many challenges. Thank you to Marilyn & Lou for their compassion for rescue dogs. Great job SAYR for taking care of all Of Taryns medical needs. So glad this sweetie has a nice home and a loving forever family.
