Porter We have had Porter, his mom, and siblings since they were 3 weeks old. We loved them all of course but having him longer, training him, socializing him, and caring for his medical issues we realized we couldn't give him up. He wiggled his way into our hearts. Since I'm a Veterinary Technician he is able to go with me to work everyday and we are rarely apart, which is how it will stay ⺠Congratulations Porter, you are a very lucky boy!!!
Paisley Paisley was adopted by Charlotte and Robert. Paisley immediately took to Robert. While Charlotte and I talked, she played with their two dogs. I believe she will be well taken care of with them, they love their dogs. Charlotte will be getting her enrolled in puppy classes soon. Nick and I were sad to see her go but take comfort in the fact that she will be spoiled and have 2 buddies to play with. Congratulations Paisley you are a very lucky girl!
Pastel Deb and Tom encountered icy roads on their travels to meet Pastel, but that wasn't going to stop them. They stopped for coffee and a bite to eat to allow the roads to improve, then they were back on the road. I greeted Deb in our driveway with a hug. As she approached our front door she saw Pastel standing there and said "I'm so excited, I didn't think we would have the chance to meet her." Deb and her husband gave Pastel her favorite treats, petted her, and asked lots of questions. Deb and Tom are going to give Pastel a great life in a very loving home. Congratulations Pastel, you are a very lucky girl!!!
Pookey Bear Pookey Bear went to his forever home this morning. Carol stopped by at 8, left around 9:30 to head home. She has about a 6 hour drive. Pookey will thrive with her I know. I am thrilled she took the two days and it just wasn't a grab and go. The time spent with him yesterday and today I am sure will help with him the transition into her family. Congratulations Pookey Bear, you are a very lucky boy!!!
Piccina Piccina had a long visit today with Sebrina, Tom, and Cooper. She is always anxious and skidish when meeting anyone new. She displayed her usual snarling and barking, but, before to long she was curled up on Sebrina's lap and giving her kisses. She took a little longer to go to Tom but, did eventually sat calmly in his lap. She was wary with Cooper. She would wag her tail, get close, sniff him, then bark and growl at him. She did this same behavior with our dogs the first week here. Her new family said they felt confident and experienced in dealing with an anxious/scared yorkie. They were excited to add Piccina to their family and said they would send updates. Congratulations Piccina, you are a very lucky little girl!!! Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
